I'm 24 years female. My height is 5"3 and weight is 41kgs. Even after eating a lot, I'm unable to put on weight. I try to eat healthy most of the time.

Hi, you need to understand the reason of being underweight. It doesn’t make a difference what quantity you are eating but whatever you are eating whether that is required by you or not? Likewise you might have seen people who eat very less but tends to put on weight very fast and suffer with different medical issues even. On the contrary there are people who eat excess but doesn’t gain weight. It is all because of your constitution ( vata/pit/kapha). You should figure out the constitution ratio of yours on that basis it can be figured out what is you exact requirement.
Increased metabolic activity could be one of the reason along with nutrional defeciency, although quantitatively your plate is full not sure whether quality is considered interms of micro and macro nutrients so please share details of food consumption pattern inorder to suggest advise.
