One particular symptom can be due to various reasons.for example a headache could be due to small stress/exertion or could be due to brain tumor.range is wide.so one can't reach to a conclusion through Google and develop fear. The fact that u need to google your symptoms etc  every now and then, cz of the fear of cancer implies that u got a psychiatric issue..
Next Steps
I would suggest you to consult a Psychiatrist for the same to reach a definitive diagnosis and therefore a therapy or treatment.
Health Tips
u can consult me online through practo to avoid any inconveniences.

Its health anxiety Health anxiety is an obsessive and irrational worry about having a serious medical condition. It’s also called illness anxiety, and was formerly called hypochondria. This condition is marked by a person’s imagination of physical symptoms of illness. Or in other cases, it’s a person’s misinterpretation of minor or normal body sensations as serious disease symptoms despite reassurance by medical professionals that they don’t have an illness. Take therapy and counseling Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online All the best

Dont blame google. Nowhere does google mention that its a doctor. For medical advice try going to a doctor who has studied medicine. You can use google to search for one though. A proper chat with a psychiatrist is likely to eradicate your fear.
Next Steps
You have already taken the correct  first step by texting your doubt in practo. Now time to proceed to the next correct step and book an appointment with a psychiatrist
