Cbc report shows hb low but other than that nothing obvious on reports
About fever and loose motions
Give symptomatic management
For fever give
Crocin syrup
For LM
GIVE Z and D drops 1ml once a day for 14 days
See ur pediatrician if symptoms persist or if child is lethargic and dull
