I am suffering pain in my shoulder from last 2 years and the pain has come till my hands and sometimes I feel dizzy

You need to work on the deep cervical neck flexor muscles using proper customized Tailor made exercise routine for your condition. Alongside, you need to mobilize your nerve along its route to ease off the radiating pain. Furthermore, apply an ice pack for 7 minutes thrice a day for 8 minutes.

Dizziness needs to be investigated..could be cervical...other symptoms of double vision, problems swallowing, speech issues needs proper investigation. Pain down to the hand could be be cervical in origin. Sometimes shoulder issues also could refer to the wrist area... Please check with a physio for latter issues. But any problems with earlier mentioned problems needs a neurologist assessment.
