Could you specify which side shoulder is troubling you and have you consulted any doctor for the same as you've had the issue for two years?
Also, do you have any neck pain along with shoulder issue?
Dizziness needs to be investigated..could be cervical...other symptoms of double vision, problems swallowing, speech issues needs proper investigation.
Pain down to the hand could be be cervical in origin. Sometimes shoulder issues also could refer to the wrist area...
Please check with a physio for latter issues. But any problems with earlier mentioned problems needs a neurologist assessment.
