Cervical spondolysis
My wife got cervical spondolysis it seems. She is.just 24 yrs old. I want to know why she gets and how to treat it where to go. Im in deep depression because of her. Kindlu help us. Attaching the xray report which confirmed the problem.

1.There are no spondylitis changes in the X ray report to make a diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. 2. The loss of cercical lordosis mentioned  could be due to mild disc lesion or muscle spasm due to posture 3.Since she is very young and if the problem  is persistent it is better to take an MRI of the cervical spine to rule out any problem

Don't worry. This is not that bad at all. Most tissues are normal. Apply some heat, rsst for few days and than flow a good physiotherapists asvices regarding postural correction. No need depression. Start physiotherapy treatment for few days and stretching exercise of neck and avoid towards bending and long sitting

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

It's very unlikely to have a spondylosis at this age . But MFR with Manual Therapy will help. Mild Streching and hot fermentation will reduce the pain

Loss of cervical lordosis could be because of poor posture. Your wife is not been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Apply ice pack and hot pack to relieve the pain and spasm.

Hi ...your x rays shows there is a normal disc space,so need of worrying about that. This is mainly due to Posture, ask her to go according to proper Biomechanics- Sitting and sleeping posture . If pain continues she can go wax therapy. Take care

Hi This seems to be normal x ray and 24 years too early for spondylosis. Should be some other cause like overuse of muscles, poor posture of neck, meet a good physiotherapist near by and take treatment.
