Chest pain body pain
I have been suffering from chest pain pains around ribs armpit shoulderblades arms and finger sometimes at thigh. Initially before 4 weeks I got diagonosed with bp of 140/90 and heartbeat rate around 105 now it have come 125/80 and 84 beat rate but still I face pains and initially I had indigestion problems and i took medicines and now 70 percent cleared and now I talking levosulpiride,pantocec,chlordiazepoxide tabs but nowadays I have recurrent pains and palpitations what would be the reason for this sometimes I fear of having heartattack please tell me what to do (note: ecg echo normal gastric doctor said no need of endoscopy) help me please

It's all about stress and anxiety..eat well have adequate sleep.do meditation dat should help
