  4. Chest pain. A chance of heart problems?

From the last 3 days i'm feeling pain in chest. its not exactly at a same point every time mainly arround the left side. i am 19 yrs old and i play football .is there a chance of heart problems?? Also im feeling that i am having gas problems along with acidity . please suggest me....

Most probably it could be gastritis but also do ECG for confirmation
