First of all you must reduce your weight by atleast 25 kg. Your high blood pressure problem could be due to your obesity. You may be too preoccupied with your professional targets. Unless your health is perfect you can not go on for long. You must keep atleast 1-2 hours to take care of your health. Do physical exercises for atleast 1-2 hours daily morning only because evening time is not in your hands. Drink plenty of water- atleast 5-6 litres in 24 hours. Strictly avoid fast foods. Only home cooked meal with least amount of oil. Plenty of salads and fresh juicy fruits. Take a dietician's help. Timely food 3 times a day is must. Tablet Pantop-40 daily morning on empty stomach. Try these measures for atleast 3-4 months.
