Hello,
BP to monitor.
ECG
Tab NEXPRO RD 200 before breakfast and dinner for seven to ten days than redused to one before breakfast for five days.
Take luckwarm water and ajwain n black salt one tsf n forth tsf black salt. Two times.hot water bag to locally apply.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside no cold.light diet with least oil n least spices. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc. Ok.
Your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis, but i would advise you to check your BP and ECG to be on the safer side. If confirmed to be gastritis you would require antacids. The following lifestyle changes would be of help:
- Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better.
- Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Exercise regularly
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking
- Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.
