Is taking chia seeds daily for constiaption is good?? I suffer from constipation a lot should i take chia seeds disolved in water everyday

Hi For constipation I ll suggest you to have best psyllium dietary fiber , you can get organic India whole husk psyllium box that you can have before goin to bed 2teaspoon with luke warm water.  When you are eating fiber supplements then the water intake should be high.

Hi You can take chia seeds for chronic constipation as it's high in fibre ...take for 2 to 3 days initially and then check how it's working for you..and then accordingly you can extend your intake or stop and take occassionally as SOS...basing on your requirement... Another option for chronic constipation you can take half teaspoon psyllium husk powder with a small glass of water and see how it's working for you...it's also natural and safest option.. Note:. Don't take much dose..as anything more is again detrimental to health.. When your condition improves please stop taking...and take when necessary only.. Thankyou

Yes you can take chia seeds soaked daily 1 TSP. It will not only help in constipation but also will add good omega 3 in diet. Increase water intake too and add fiber from Vegetable / Fruits too

Hi, Chia seeds are rich in fibre and also omega-3 fatty acids. The soluble fibre increases on soaking in water and helps in releiving constipation, lowering cholesterol and weight loss. About 1-2 tsp per day should help in addition to a well balanced diet rich in fruits and leafy vegetables. Drink a glass of water every hour. Exercise of 30-40 minutes per day should help.
