Chicken pox
Is it normal for pus filled blisters to appear during chicken pox in adults ? I am worried about it.

Varicella-Zoster (Chicken Pox) Sx - fever, vesicular rash, severe pruritus, HA. PE - • Vesicular rash.
Next Steps
Dx - Tzanck smear (multi-nucleated giant cells under microscopic evaluation). Viral Culture of vesicular fluid (positive VZV).
Health Tips
Tx - Acetaminophen 325-1000mg Q4-6hrs PRN. Diphenhydramine 25-50mg Q4-6hrs PRN. Diphenhydramine topical 1-2% apply to the affected area TID-QID up to 7 days. Acyclovir 800mg QID x 7 days. Varicella Zoster Immune Globulin, human 625 units stat.

generally blisters r clear fluid filled it cud bcm pus filled once get infected with bacteria nw u need to take antibiotics
