You can have once a week. It does contain some amount of saturated fat but is also good source of protein. Moderation is the key

The chicken skin has both the fats, but it has high amount of healthy unsaturated fats. Chicken when consumed with the skin absorbs less oil and is said to have many health benefits. Though, it is healthy, you should always consume it in moderation. It is advisable to have it only once a week.
