I don't know the medicines had worsened you problem or not. Yet I van tell u A counsellor would also help u to come out of ur problem.
Do consult a psychological counsellor.

Do not discontinue, change, modify or alter any medication without the advice of your doctor. These kind of changes can cause relapse. Medication is to be taken for a prescribed period of time. It is not to be discontinued just because you feel better. Risk of relapse is very high in such situations, and relapsed patients are more difficult to treat. Consult your treating psychiatrist about the same.
Hello...I think if you don't have any depressive symptoms now you can consult the doctor who is been treating you regarding the same.He will slowly taper it and stop.So go for regular follow ups.At the same the doctor will evaluate and assess the need for medications too.
