From a week my son is suffering from cold and cough with mucus in chest and he is having problem in breathing problem at night.

Please Give him Sy sinarest plus 5 ml three times a day Sy clavum 5ml Twice a day Sy broncorex 2.5 ml three times a day Nebulize with Duolin and Budicort respule Half respule Twice a day Put nasoclear nasal drops Twice a day All for 5days Reconsult if needed
