Cold cough and fever
My 13.5 year old son has got cold, cough and mild fever. If I want to give him sinarest or crocin cold and flu tablets can I give or do I need to use sinarest syrup? His weight is 45 kg.

Greetings.
Do nil.give vitamin C 500mg stat . Hot chocolate milk or hot milk with turmeric. Give green tea with ginger 3- 4 times a day.
