  4. Cold , cough , fever and stomache now.

Cold , cough , fever and stomache now
Today is the third day of fever and from last evening she had a stomache and vomit also also . It was started with cold. She is taking Ilbugesic, Ascorbil and Augmentin . Yesterday night we gave her emset and meftal spas for vomit and stomache. She had a strong fever late night also Age - 2.5 years Female Weight 19kg

It must be viral syndrome, continue full antibiotic course and symptomatic medication. If vomiting and abdominal pain continues, then consult your pediatrician. They may advice abdominal sonography, if needed.
