Cold with throat pain
Hello all, I'm Naveen and here is my question I have got cold and now there is a bit swelling in the throat and unable to drink or eat as it is paining and now I'm getting fever and at nights the temperature is getting up and down too.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
