Can't speakChanged voice and throat pain
I had - headache - weakness - fever -cough - cold -sore throat Now my throat pains and I'm not able to speak and whatever comes my voice has changed. Please suggest.

looks like you have Acute laryngitis ..take voice rest ,do steam inhalation,salt water gargle,paracetamol for symptomatic management and a course of oral antibiotics.
