  4. Constant head swing. Or something else?

Constant head swing
I have been suffering from extreme head swing and headache. Head becomes very heavy. While getting up from the bed, head swings a lot. This is happening since a week. I had stemetil but medicines are also not working. I have spondalytis as well.. So are these symptoms of that or something else?
