Constant Nausea for over a month.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I'm having nausea for more than a month now. Before that, I had the stomach infections thrice. I took antibiotics and other medicines prescribed by my doctor and everything got better except for nausea. I have no other symptom than nausea. It's just nausea and a little loss of appetite (slightly low).
