Constipation after C Section
Hi Doctor, my child has born on 2nd november '2021 by C Section nd now my motions (Constipation) is too tight,kindly suggest something.

Keep your self well hydrated and drink more liquids. U can have syrup EMTY 15 ml at bedtime

✔ Continue previous medication ✔ drink at least 3lts of water ✔ eat green leafy vegetables ✔ eat fruits ✔ avoid maida, biscuits,sugars and non vegetarian food that can aggrevate constipation ✔ drink warm water on empty stomach early in the morning ✔ eat 2 bananas before going to bed everyday In case these do not work - take syp duphalac 2tsp at bed time
