I've been suffering from indigestion that I'm not able to clear my stomach properly and neither feeling to eat anything well like before. Also after clearing I had piles like burning on the outer part. Can anyone give me a proper treatment and diet schedule for it?

For your query I would say this very normal in season...coz there is decrease in digestive fire, the main reason for this condition is sedentary lifestyle, wrong food habits and less excercise ,I would need ur your complete day routine so I could correct it.
Next Steps
do consult with an ayurvedic doctor who could correct the current status of imbalance doshas and give you the best med according to your bodytype
Health Tips
till that do sitz bath in lukewarm water and apply jatyadi ghee ,normal ghee or coconut oil in that area

Dear Patient,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. At our clinic, we offer advanced treatment options for piles, but it's crucial to diagnose the exact cause of your symptoms. It could be fissures, anal spasms, or internal piles, and each condition has specific treatments, including assured alternative medicine and, if necessary, laser procedures.
For a proper evaluation, I recommend visiting our clinic so we can assess your condition accurately and provide a personalized treatment plan.
In the meantime, here are some steps you can take to manage your symptoms:
1. Include Ghrut (Ghee) in Your Diet: Ghee can help lubricate your digestive tract, easing the process of bowel movements.
2. Sitz Bath: A sitz bath involves soaking your anal area in warm water for about 15-20 minutes, several times a day. This can help reduce pain, swelling, and discomfort.
The sitz bath is particularly important because it promotes healing, reduces inflammation, and can provide relief from the burning sensation you're experiencing.
Please schedule a visit at your earliest convenience so we can help you find relief and restore your digestive health.
Best regards,
Dr Vaibhav Garud
Yes your condition can be definitely controlled and cured by Ayurveda!
Since there is indigestion your AGNI (DIGESTIVE FIRE 🔥) isn't working properly hence forming lot of Aam( undigested food) leading to repeated constipation!
There must be a sedentary lifestyle leading to no activity affecting peristalsis (bowel movement)
Piles is an outcome of your chronic constipation!
Do consult for proper medication & diet plan
Next Steps
don't depend on fibrous diet...eat normal light blend food for a month ..have regular bowel clearing medication at night to relieve constipation!
Health Tips
Don't have maida,bakery items,fermented,outside junk food
It's not just piles...u have fissure too, it means a very small cut on inflamed anal region..that's why it's burning after defecation. Actually hard stool made thag cut most probably
Piles and fissure are not possible without weak digestive fire...
So treatment will be in 3 steps..
1. Improving digestive fire
2. Working on piles through medicine and yog
3. Working on dryness of anal region
