Only isabgol can't correct your constipation problem, you also have to take abhyarishta or other asava arishta as per the current issue. Are these bleeding piles?

For 1st and 2nd degree piles
Abhyaristam 40-0-40 ml bd af
Arsha kuthar rasa 2-0-2 bd af
Ghandrav hastadi tail 30 ml HS OD daily or weekly twice
Constipation is associated complaint it’s bcz of piles you are suffering from constipation so take medicine for piles
Constipation in piles can be managed by isabgol as it is rich in natural fiber and makes the stool soft and bulky.One TSP powder with one glass water or juice can be used at bedtime.
