B. Cold compresses
C. Use antibiotic NSAID eyedrop like ketorolac +moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Contact lenses should not be used for more than 8 hours at a stretch in a day. It's unsafe to wear them while sleeping / taking a bath.
Please stop using contact lenses till your eyes get back to normal. It's advisable to use a new pair the next time.
U should start using Moxifloxacin eyedrops 6 times a day along with RefreshTears eyedrops 6 times a day.
