Continuous bloating and wind passage
Continuous bloating and wind passage. As soon I eat or as soon as i get closer to the people, people say i stink a lot due wind passage. I am loosing my confidence.

Hi, doubt worry dear. This is not the age to think that much and losing a confidence. If you appetite is good, you have not lost weight than toy are perfectly alright. Just follow the following life style changes: [ ] Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your meal timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. add much as you want thereafter. Don't liye down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Start going for morning walk ( start from 1 km/ week, increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 per week. Avoid wearing tight geans ( it compresses your belly/ stomach). Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. A part from this you can take cap. Pantocid- DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days. Let's see the result. A part from this you can take cap. Pantocid- DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days. Let's see the result.
