Corona Diet
Hello, I was tested corona positive 2 weeks back. Currently, I am still positive with CT value 33. Every body is telling me that it will turn nigative soon and have proper rest and diet. Kindly suggest me what sort of food should I include in my diet which will aid me for faster recovery..Please note that I have thyroid but not in very high range .

Hello,if u r a corona posive.so no need to take stress..just thing it's nothing.so 90,% u wl feel normal.add citrus fruits in your diet like orange,amla,lemon etc.n add high protein  diet like paneer egg,fish.efc.take aloe vera juice.n add 5to 6meal patarn diet  wth 8hour proper stress free sleep.add 3 litr luke warm water in your diet .to know many more call for appointment Dietitian Prabha

Consume : 1. Soups (add haldi to it) 2. Consume cinnamon water 3. Consume turmeric and dates milk 4. Include 2-3 litres of water everyday in your diet plan

Hi Add vitamin c rich food in your diet. Make Turmeric tea and drink it twice . Have soked dry fruits. Eat veggies. Introduce vit d3 supplement one a week for a month. You can have vitamin c supplements as well 1000mg in a day for 2 weeks.
