It's an accidental finding cyst is not as big to fit for removal ,as far as stone is concerned Syrup citralka  15 ml daily twice can be used if there is any pain then you can take zerodol p

finding a simple ,small cortical cyst in your Rt.kidney is an accidental finding during a routine scan of abdomen. You should simply ignore it , There is nothing to do about it. As far as 2 mm stone in left kidney drink lots of water , You have not mentioned the reason for getting ultrasound scan done.
