Never use any Antibiotic as over the counter medication. Each antibiotic is specific for specific infections. Without describing the underlying complaints, it's difficult to suggest any medicine.
Next Steps
consult a physician in your town for thorough examination and specific treatment.
Health Tips
These days We see alot of antibiotic resistance due to gross misuse of antibiotics. It's all of our responsibility to use them cautiously before we run out of any further antibiotics to treat diseases. Azithromycin is a wonderful drug and if you have not responded to it shows that you might already be resistant to this drug!
