Hi, Need few clarifications such as Are you into sports(Triathlon or any endurance sports)? Everyone should not consume creatine. Pls consult a nephrologist and subsequent followup is required for few months. Pls connect with me through video consultation or with any qualified Dietitian for detailed  nutritional intervention.

Good afternoon, Have you started gymn exercises? Always consult a physician or a dietician before consuming creatinine or protein supplements. You are too young for all these. If you consume more than required, you will land up in renal issues. For more details contact me personally. Thank you

Can you explain necessity of consuming creatinine. It’s not healthy until unless prescribed by a doctor. Or go for blood test. If you are in sports then also sometime it’s suggest-able but better is to consult with a health practitioner ( nutritionist) first and go accordingly
