My Daughter is suffering from fever it goes as high as 100.9 and then after giving medixjne it comes to normal there ia pain inside the throat as well

Pain in throat may b pharyngitis then it would be better to consult pediatrician for examination and they may start antibiotics.

Wait for 3-4 more days to resolve cough and fever
Don't give any antibiotics unnesesarily
