Delayed periods
I had my last periods on 22nd March 2024, then I had intercourse on 11 april 2024, after the intercourse my vagina became itchy and dry. And still not I have got my periods. I did a urine test and got beta HCG test on 23rd April,2024 ...urine test came out negative and beta HCG test value came out 1.2 . Do I need to go through beta HCG test again or that beta HCG result is an accurate one?

If you have a regular 30 days cycle then you are not pregnant
Up to 37 day cycle is considered normal wait till 29th if still no period repeat a pregnancy test
