Can i overcome my depression through yoga, meditation and exercise? Because I don't want to take antidepressant for its sideeffect

There are various shades of depression not every depression need meds. Also yoga and meditation is not a solution for everything under the sun as it said to be. I myself use mindfulness techniques but strongly believe that you have to change the course of action according to the need and not just available solutions. See a Therapist to diagnose the intensity of depression you have. Also if it is depression ? self diagnosis may not be always true.
Next Steps
Take a therapy session listen to the action plan of the therapist. Work accordingly on the actions. Depression may sometimes need medications but not always.
Health Tips
People can take medicines for many other small illness or hypertension but shy away for depression which in fact is a small course and not life long.

Hi I hope you have not self diagnosed yourself and this is diagnosis given by a professional. Every individual is different so is the treatment prescribed to them, in many cases meditation in the initial phases of depression may even worsen your symptoms.

Since you are apprehensive about psychiatry, I strongly recommend you visit a psychologist so that a detailed case history can be taken and you can be provided with a individualised treatment plan. Psychologist will recommend you to a psychiatrist if need be.
