I'm completely depressed and  over stressed for the past 3 months and also do not have proper sleep ..most of the night I won't sleep and will be awake thinking about something... I don't know how to handle myself I think about being away for my parents and peoples. I want to be alone... Sometimes I think of committing suicide also Please do suggest me a solution All these problems started from my wedding plan I was not interested in that boy who was fixed by my parents.. I am in love with a person who is younger than me...he also loves me lot but this age issue is big problem I don't know what to do... May 3rd is my marriage I'm not interested in that But I'm acting like I'm happy on this marriage I'm totally out of mind Thers is no one to support me

Consult a psychiatrist also G with your parents. Make them understand age is not a barrier to marriage as long as both of your adults and of legally marriageable age. Get your depression treated with CBT and medications if needed. Good luck

Hi, what you are going through is depressive anxiety state wherein you are feeling certain symptoms of anxiety and depression which is triggered by this stressful event. It must be really difficult for you to go through this, i understand. You consult psychological help and through that you can talk it out with your parents- communicate about your feelings and be assertive for the same. If you get through with this without your will- it will break you and stress you out so much that you would have anxiety/ panic attacks. Meet/ talk to a psychologist, express your issue and talk it out with your parents instead of masking your feelings. We will help you out to get out of this situation.

Hey! It must be very difficult for you to go through the marriage process while feeling like that. It must be excruciating. I can not fully comprehend what you must be going through but I can understand. But you must talk to your partner and share this if you love him and trust him. Make him understand that you are suffering internally and you need his support to go through this. Consult a psychiatrist also and start a medicine. It will take time to have its effect. So start as soon as possible so that some energy gets back to you. Always be around someone. I know you would want to be alone. But that is not a good idea. Your mind is not letting you make good decisions right now. So don't trust it for some time till you get the balance back. Even if your mind tells you to be alone or to do something as that will make you feel relieved don't trust it for now. That won't make your condition better. Share your suffering with the person you trust the most. And consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible.
