I m feeling depressed and having suicidal thoughts since break up.I feel very lonely as I live alone and I can't share it with anyone else rather I cry alone and have stress all the time.I feel like I m not worthy enough to deserve love and I lost so many friends by acting selfish. I always feel pressurised and so helpless

Hi. These are symptoms of Anxiety- depression You can seek a psychiatrist to get treated with the help pf medications and also seek therapy side by side to speak out your mind, discuss thoughts/ feelings which aren’t manageable.
