Yes, all the nuts can be easily consumed in diabetes as well as thyroid. Strawberries can also be consumed by a thyroid patient. A person having diabetes should avoid simple carbs. Like whole wheat flour and high sugar fruits like banana, watermelon, mangoes,etc. Add fibre rich foods like low fat milk, low sugar fruits like apple, papaya, jamun, vegetables, whole pulses and legumes, millets like ragi, jowar, bajra, etc, and nuts and seeds. You should get your diabetes and thyroid levels checked on monthly basis to get to know an exact required diet plan.

Yes. In moderation. Patients with hypo/hyper thyroid should avoid raw veggies. Food with low glycemic index are preffered for diabetes

Food to avoid if you are Diabetic are starchy food,Refined food items and sugary food items there are many things in list you are supposed to avoid if you are Diabetic and many things by which you control your sugar.
