Diagnosis for trauma and anxiety
I've been suffering from anxiety and depression since many years. I have learnt to manage my panic attacks, but sometimes it gets unbearable. Along with that, I have dealt with a lot of childhood trauma and trauma from the present that haunts me later. How can I get a diagnosis for this? And what can I do to get over my childhood trauma?

It seems to be PTSD induced anxiety and depression. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

Hi... For the Diagnosis of your condition you can consult a Psychiatrist. Based on the diagnosis a treatment plan will be shared with you. It may require Medication and/or Therapy. Psychiatrist will prescribe medication (if required) and for Therapy/Counselling you need to consult a Psychologist. It may take 1—2 years (weekly sessions) of proper treatment to recover from your condition. Some disorders are not completely curable but can be brought down to manageable level, where they no longer impact your daily life functioning and stop limiting your potential (personal/professional/academic/social). The root of most of such issues (depression, anxiety, panic, trauma) typically lie in the childhood. Using therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Existentialist Approach, etc. may help you overcome your concerns.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist.
