Diet & routine for Covid19 paitent
Me and my husband are tested positive for covid 19. We are home isolated right now. We have started our medicines but are not sure about what to eat and what to avoid. Somebody tells us to eat curd, other says don't eat curd. Some say eat raw onion and rock salt, some says no salt and sugar, some says no juice. Some tell us to avoid milk and so on. We are very confused. Please suggest what should our diet and routine should be for healthy recovery from Covid 19. Thank you 🙏
