I am a mother of two who keep me busy round the clock...I have crossed 30...I want to loose weight and look good..My face complexion has become very dull so I need some advice on daily nutritional requirements...I want a diet chart to fulfill my deficiencies...I am having tremendous hair loss along with skin pigmentation and under eye circles...Please do suggest something as these issues depress me...Please reply...

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
