You should take fibre rich and protein rich diet.Avoid junk food, processed foods and deep fried foods.
Exercise daily for atleast 30-45 mins n take 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
Breakfast should be taken with 11/2 hour of your waking up.It must have protein rich foods such as sprouts,paneer ,boiled egg or omelette.Sprouts bhel,paneer paratha,besan chilla,idli,upma are good and healthy options for breakfast.
