I am a25 years old nurse m taking medicines for acne vulgaris due to pcos...my height is 160 cm and 75kg weight can i take diet plan to loose weight....and if i take than which will be the best to loose weight....

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
