Hi, thank you for your enquiry. You need to cut down on total carbohydrates especially cereals like white rice and its products like poha, maida based products such as biscuits, noodles, bread and sweet fruits especially banana and mango. Exercise 4-5 days/week which includes weight training is mandatory. Add protein in the form of eggs, meat, curd and paneer in 3 meals. Increase intake of vegetables except potato and sweet potato. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of  first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates  & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. For personalised diet and exercise guidance please contact us.

you can help to lower your risk of diabetes by following a healthy lifestyle - for example, by stopping smoking, by eating a healthy diet and keeping to a healthy weight, and by getting more active. Healthy eating plays an important role in managing blood pressure. It is important to reduce your salt intake. Foods naturally contain small amounts of sodium, but most of the sodium in our diet is added during food processing. Canned and packaged foods are often high in sodium because it is added to preserve food. Since you have high blood pressure, you should get no more than 1,500 milligrams of sodium per day. That's less than a teaspoon. And yes you can take chapati its completely recommended Consuming stale(baasi) chapati with cold milk is said to help people with high blood pressure. Soak the stale chapati in cold milk and leave it for 10 minutes. Eat this as your morning breakfast. This can help you in controlling your blood pressure.
