Good morning, Kindly suggest me diet for loose motions. Can I eat boiled potato with white bread. And curd . Kindly advise me. Thanks in advance

Hello, when gutted is not healthy then first thing to include is probiotics & prebiotics. Start intake of thin buttermilk or curd or soaked oats or poha in curd for few hours. Hydrate of yourself well with electrolytes, coconut water or banana, super packed food.

Lower the intake of fiber You can have curd rice or you can have khichdi with curd Banana is good Yet it take 3-4 days time to get to normal unless the whole infection removed from intestine area

Boiled potato is a good option since it helps in binding. Add little bit of roasted cumin seeds and rock salt to curd and drink it mid-day.
Next Steps
Consume atleast 2-2.5 L of fluids per day with electrolytes. Consume a soft diet mostly moong dal khichdi, curd-rice, daliya etc. Eat a banana with little bit of herbs and lemon.

Avoid salads, or heavy dal (chickpeas, kidneybeans, urad etc), milk and milk products.

Avoid bread. And any atta or maida products, raw veg salad, green leafy vegetables and whole milk, even milk tea or coffee . ..Take rice based food . boiled rice , poha, , murmura, idli Curd yes you can take also chhas

This diet also helps firm up stool. Bland diet includes Cooked cereals, like oatmeal, cream of wheat, boiled or baked potatoes Drinks plenty of liquid can help you stay hydrated
