Hi team, My wife has PCOS and she has been taking krimson 350 for past 6 months. I want to plan a diet chart for her to improve the PCOS condition .

Pcos is a condition in which some hormonal imbalance is there. So, we need to improve our lifestyle. Lifestyle doesn't mean only diet but many other things like your physical activity your sleep, your psychological health and obviously your diet

Improve your physical activity approx 45 min you need to do walking jogging running playing any outdoor game, improve your psychological health by doing meditation, take a good night sleep of 8 hr. And follow a balanced diet which is according to your preference and according to your requirement.

Sure, she should go for a diet moderate in glycemic index to improve insulin resistance and also rich in anti-inflammatory nutrients to improve on her symptoms and that will help her to get off medications too :). Book a consultation for more help.
