Healthy morning, Yes you can add in diet restricted amount. Also try roasted makhana ( fox nuts) and selenium rich . Some food promotes thyroid health For example foods high in iodine- include seaweed, fish, eggs- help your thyroid function effectively. Berries and crucifers also support your thyroid but crucifers like cabbage, broccoli, kale, cauliflower take restricted and well cooked form. Processed and fast foods avoid Follow exercise routine. Take healthy oils and healthy dietary oils in diet

Good morning yes u can but in limitation a small handful some days other days try to add on roasted fox nuts or nuts or seeds as healthy snacks.
