Hello! Till the baby completes 6 months, the food should be exclusively mother's milk, from the 6th month, foods like kanji, thin porridge, made up of different cereals with cows milk, which is easier on the stomach as compared to buffalo's milk and blenderised to avoid any pieces. slowly you can omit blenderising, as the child adopts to the food.  Sweet potato can also be started in the form of porridge again, which is completely cooked and mashed with milk into a paste, same can also be done with the potato!
