Gud evening,aap pls try kariye healthy food habits follow karne Ke liye along with exercise daily for minimum of 45mins to max 1hr preferably early morning time,try to reduce,stress n get a good sleep of minimum 6-7hrs sound sleep if having issues in sleeping try to do yoga for mind relaxation,have adequate water minimum of 2.5ltrs including other liquid food items such as low fat milk,clear soups,tender coconut water etc.
