Diet plan for weight loss
I have very hectic work schedule as well I study after the job which gives me no time for physical activity and I am very willing to get involve in physical exercise but never find time for the same. How can I loose weight by regulating my diet only. As I know my diet is a big factor because I came home in lockdown and I eat same quantity before as of now but still my weight keeps on increasing. And rate of gaining my weight is also very high, for example, if I dont control my intake for a week, my weight increases by 4-5 kgs also in just 2 weeks. Please guide.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi you have gained weight very quickly maybe due to slow metabolism,  stress, thyroid issues etc..You have not shared your details of Weight,  age, height etc.

Hi You know the reason for you weight gain but the amount of weight gain you are talking abt in a 2 weeks time shows that your BMR is also low and there can also be other factors associated with it which can be checked through vital paraments . Now talking abt your diet you can try to eat small frequent meal , include high fiber food , add fruits and veggies in your diet , drink detox drink in the morning ,stop eating deep fried food and out side food. Hi, Well balanced diet and physical activity go a long way in natural ans scientific weight loss. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Have whole grain cereals like millets and pulses Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast.
