A healthy diet includes consumption of all variety of foods in adequate quantity. Emphasis should also be given for physical activity and proper rest.
There are many parameters that need to be assessed before planning a diet. I would suggest you to consult a qualified nutritionist and get a customized diet plan drafted.
For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss.
2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily.
3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups.
4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day.
5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

You should follow healthy diet. Eat food in calories deficit balancing your macros and micros, take 5 to 6 small meals in a day. Cut your sugar intake, avoid fried food, avoid refined food add whole grain food to your diet, add beans, legumes, more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet, replace white rice to brown rice, drink detox water, increase your water intake. I am sure these changes will help you to reach your goal soon.
