Doctor, Please suggest for digestion & i have mild fatty liver.i have loose 10 kg after lockdown. Any specific reason..for weight loss

Tab evion 400 mg od and syrup aristozyme 1tsf tds before meal for 1 month. Loosing 10 kg is warrants for a clinical examination.
