Disc protrusion
I've lifted the heavy weight and after that Low back pain mostly on the right side above hip.No pain or numb on my feet just pain on my low back when I'm sitting or bending.MRI says: 1) posterior bulging at L4L5, 2) posterior central disc protrusion, moderate thecal sac compression at L5S1. Can it be treated without surgery? thanks

Yes it can be . Start giving attention to your posture. Strengthen your core muscles and visit a physiotherapist.
